Dan joined the AMI team in the fall of 2005 and serves as the team's web developer. He graduated from Lane Community College with a degree in Multimedia. He has also been in a band with Robert's son, Garrett, since early 2004 and had gotten to know Robert and his family before joining the team.

Dan was in a time of much transition when he was asked by Robert and Greig to join the team. He had recently finished college, wrapped up his time serving in a high school youth ministry of 2 1/2 years, and was in between jobs. With little to occupy his time, it seemed to Dan that it was the Holy Spirit lovingly guiding him to join the team and put his college skills to practical use. It also seemed like the only logical path for his life as all other doors had recently closed.

Currently, Dan attends Calvary Fellowship and is a member of their worship team along with Mackenzie. He is still in the band with Robert's son, Garrett, and the 4-person band is working on their 2nd full length CD of original work; he plays the guitar, bass, piano and is working on singing. As well, he enjoys photography, reading, bicycling, hiking, chess, riddles, origami and yerba matè. He is currently reading The Magician's Nephew from The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
